Collecting reviews

Like in most industries, reviews are one of the critical factors that your clients consider before clicking the inquiry button. We know that building up a solid base of reviews can take ages, so we created a quicker way to collect them. 

You can now collect your reviews from your former customers with a few clicks. To do that, click on Services, select the listing you want to get reviews, then click Edit.  

Here you can see Reviews and click on Ask for reviews. You'll need to add the names and contact details of your past customers, and we will send out an email asking them to leave a review on your behalf. If you want to do that yourself, you can simply click on Copy invitation link and share the link with your clients.

You will also be able to manage your reviews, comment on them and answer the reviews. 

Getting at least five reviews will significantly increase your chances of getting more bookings, so make sure not to skip this step.
